Powertec ships to virtually any address in the world. We will endevour to ship orders within 24 hours and if the item is not in stock a sales representative your email you and advise a shipping date.

International Orders
International orders are shipped via FedEx, if FedEx do not service a particular country DHL will be used. Alternatively you are welcome to ship on your own freight account. Shipping times will be 2-5 days.

Australian Orders
Orders being sent to an address within Australia will be shipped via Australian Air Express - Overnight Service. Some areas may be outside of the overnight service area. Shipping times will be 1-2 business days

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship, you will be notified by email when you order is shipped and a tracking number will be emailed to you (FedEx orders only)

Customs Duties and Taxes
Depending on the country and value of the goods shipped your shipment may incurr duties and tax charges. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes incurred when a shipment enters a country. If you have any concerns about duties and taxes please check with your local authority. If a shipment is held by customs for duties or taxes, FedEx or customs will notify you for payment.
