In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

OPEN A NEW TICKET / PRODUCT RETURN

Please open a new ticket for any support or product returns you require. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number. To update a previously submitted ticket please log in to your account via the link at the bottom of your ticket confirmation email.
